Every Wedding Pen and Memory Box is created with carefully selected materials and attention to detail. Our 10-Year Quality Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery.

Our 10-year quality guarantee

  • 1 — Covered

    Defects in materials or workmanship affecting your Wedding Pen or Memory Box during normal use.

  • 2 — Repair

    If possible and reasonable, we will repair a product with a defect covered by our guarantee free of charge.

  • 3 — Replace

    If repair is not possible or reasonable, we will replace it with the same or an equivalent product free of charge.

What is not covered

Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes resulting from use or ageing, ink refills and other consumable components, or damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, improper handling, misuse, unsuitable storage or care that is inconsistent with our Care Instructions.

It also does not cover unauthorized modifications or repairs, or products that have been lost or stolen.

Here when you need us

If you believe your Wedding Pen or Memory Box has developed a defect covered by our guarantee, contact us with your order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the defect.

We may ask for additional information or request that the product is returned so that we can assess the issue.

Your statutory rights

The 10-Year Quality Guarantee is a commercial guarantee provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Under applicable consumer protection law, you are entitled to remedies from the seller free of charge if the goods do not conform to the contract. These statutory rights are not limited or otherwise affected by this guarantee.
