Getting your Wedding Pen to you

Every order is individually personalized and carefully prepared before it leaves us. Once the final personalization preview has been approved, we take care of the rest.

From approval to delivery

  • 1 — Final approval

    We begin preparing the final order once the Wedding Pen personalization and Memory Box plaque have been approved.

  • 2 — Carefully prepared

    Your Wedding Pen and Memory Box are completed, checked and securely prepared for shipping.

  • 3 — Shipped to you

    Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email, including tracking information where available.

Delivery times

Please allow up to 14 business days from final approval for your order to arrive.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control. If your order is needed for a specific wedding date, we recommend placing it as early as possible.

Shipping destinations & costs

Croatia

  • Free shipping on all Wedding Pen orders within Croatia.

Other European Union countries

  • Free shipping on all Wedding Pen orders to EU countries.

Outside the European Union

  • We currently do not ship to destinations outside the European Union.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

Where tracking is available, your shipping confirmation will include the information you need to follow your delivery.
