Wedding Pen is a personalized ceremonial pen created for one of the most meaningful moments of a wedding — the signature. Personalized with the couple’s names and wedding date, it becomes a keepsake designed to preserve the memory long after the celebration.

Each Wedding Pen comes presented in its Memory Box, together with its certificate. The Memory Box is designed not only for presentation, but also as a place to preserve the Wedding Pen, wedding rings and a personalized message after the wedding.

Wedding Pen is available in three editions: Timeless, Prestige and Legacy. They share the same idea, personalization and symbolic design, while differing in their finishes and selected details.

The Wedding Pen is personalized with the couple’s names and wedding date, while the plaque inside the Memory Box carries a personal message chosen by the person placing the order.

Yes. After receiving the order, we prepare a preview of both the Wedding Pen personalization and the Memory Box plaque and send it to the email address provided at checkout. Nothing is finalized until the preview has been approved.

Yes. Changes can be made during the preview process. If something needs to be corrected or adjusted, we will work with you until both the Wedding Pen personalization and Memory Box plaque are ready for final approval. Once the final version has been approved and produced, further changes are no longer possible.

Absolutely. The Wedding Pen is designed both for couples choosing a keepsake for their own wedding and for those closest to them looking for a meaningful personalized wedding gift.

When possible, we check existing orders to help prevent two Wedding Pens from being ordered as gifts for the same couple. If we identify a potential duplicate, we will contact the person placing the order before proceeding.

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may have already started preparing your personalized order and cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

Each order is individually personalized and prepared after the personalization preview has been approved. Please allow up to 14 business days from final approval for your order to arrive.

We currently ship within Croatia and to other European Union countries. We do not currently ship to destinations outside the European Union.

Shipping is free on all Wedding Pen orders within Croatia and the European Union.

Where tracking is available, your shipping confirmation will include the information you need to follow your delivery.

Because each Wedding Pen is individually personalized with the couple’s names and wedding date, while the Memory Box plaque carries a personal message, personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your applicable consumer rights if your Wedding Pen arrives damaged, has a defect or does not conform to your order.

Yes. The Wedding Pen and Memory Box are covered by our 10-Year Quality Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. The guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

The Wedding Pen is designed for lasting use and requires only simple care. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed and store it in its Memory Box in a dry place when not in use.

Yes. The Wedding Pen uses a replaceable Schmidt easyFLOW 9000 M refill. It is a standard refill that can easily be replaced when the ink runs out, so your Wedding Pen can be used for years to come.
