Throughout these Terms of Service, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Krone d.o.o.

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Wedding Pen online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced in them.

2. Products and personalization

Wedding Pen products are personalized according to the information you provide when placing your order. Depending on the product, personalization may include names, a wedding date, a personal message or other details shown on the relevant product page.

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is complete and correct.

Product images are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations in appearance may occur due to materials, manufacturing processes, engraving and differences in screen display.

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

By placing an order through our online store, you submit an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation that we have received it. A purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order and confirm it in accordance with the ordering process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil the order or other circumstances that prevent us from supplying the product. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

The prices displayed in the online store are the prices applicable at the time you place your order. Applicable taxes are included or displayed as required by law.

Shipping is currently free for orders delivered within Croatia and the European Union.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers.

Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully completed or otherwise confirmed in accordance with the selected payment method.

5. Personalization changes and order cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at shop@theweddingpen.com and providing your order number.

If you notice an error in the personalization details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible within this 24-hour period. We will make reasonable efforts to update the details before production begins, but we cannot guarantee that changes will still be possible.

Once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, your order may already be in preparation or personalization and can no longer be cancelled.

6. Preparation and delivery

Wedding Pen products are personalized and carefully prepared specifically for each order. Once the final personalization preview has been approved, we begin preparing your order for completion, quality control and shipping.

Please allow up to 14 business days from final approval of your personalization for your order to arrive.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control. If you need your Wedding Pen for a specific wedding date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Unless a different delivery time has been agreed with you, your order will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date your order is confirmed.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

Wedding Pen products are personalized according to specifications provided by the customer. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as provided by applicable consumer law.

Personalized products therefore cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order.

8. Conformity, statutory rights and commercial guarantee

Consumers are entitled to statutory rights relating to the conformity of goods under applicable consumer law. These rights are not limited or replaced by these Terms of Service or by any commercial guarantee we provide.

The Wedding Pen and Memory Box are covered by our 10-Year Quality Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. The guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

The scope, duration, exclusions, conditions and procedure for making a claim are set out separately in our 10-Year Quality Guarantee.

9. Intellectual property

The content of the Wedding Pen online store, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, such content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without our prior permission.

10. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect or process, how and why we use it, how it may be shared and the rights available to you.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, nor does anything in these Terms limit the statutory rights available to consumers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.

The Terms of Service applicable to your purchase are those in effect when you place your order.

13. Applicable law

These Terms of Service and contracts concluded through our online store are governed by Croatian law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under applicable law.
